  • Incorrect Size: If the item received does not correspond to the size selected at the time of purchase.
  • Delayed Delivery: If the order is delivered more than 30 days past the estimated delivery date.

Replacement & Refund Process

  • For Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Processing takes 2-3 business days, with delivery expected within 3-7 business days.
  • For Refunds: If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Non-Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • The customer selects the wrong size.
  • The package is missing due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • The customer modifies the order or delivery address more than 12 hours after placing the order.
  • The customer returns the product without prior authorization from us.
  • The product has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

You may request an order modification or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed, and modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the product defect, printing error, or damaged area.
  • A photo of the QR code on the package.

Our team will review your claim and arrange a free replacement or refund accordingly.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 30 days for U.S. orders or 60 days for international orders (excluding 2-3 days of processing time), you may request a full refund. However, this policy does not apply to cases where the customer provides incorrect shipping details or fails to collect the parcel upon delivery.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
